Playing Outside

Isaac had never played in the grass before. He kept bending over, pulling up some grass, playing with it a minute, then throwing it down. The whole time he had this face as if it was the most disgusting thing ever.

He found the leaves that Daddy gave him fascinating.

There was a bird up in the tree chirping, and he was trying really hard to find it. He knew it was up there somewhere!

Our new toy...

We got a new camera yesterday (a Nikon D40), and I love it (Thank you Lockmans for your help!). So of course we took a million pictures (that's a slight exaggeration....we only took about 250 :-). I had to post some of the cutest ones. I wish we'd had the camera when we went to Busch Gardens this past weekend; we could have had some terrific pictures. Isaac had a great time riding the train.

Experimenting

I have to admit, I stole this idea from my sister-in-law. I've never done a blog before, but it is a great way to keep everyone up to date on the munchkin. This would be great for Grandmommy and Granddaddy if they had internet, but I guess they can look at it at somewhere else. Since this is my first time, I'm just trying things out. As you can see, the boy is like his daddy--already likes to play on the computer. I finally got the picture to work, so I guess that's a successful first post :-). More to come if I'm organized enough.
